Enrolled as a Member of the National Students' Union of India (NSUI), 1998; elected Secretary of St. Vincent Palloti College Student Union, 2001; General Secretary of Chhattisgarh NSUI, 2002, in-charge of Durg-Bhilai district; currently State Observer (Membership Drive) for Andhra Pradesh. Third-round contestant for the television show, Indian Idol (2006); was awarded the Best Singer prize during my final year at the SKTD Law College, Raipur.now first elected state president of chattisgarh NSUI[2009]
